فوجی سربراہ کا ہائبرڈ جنگ پر اظہار خیال

آرمی چیف نے خطاب میں پاکستان کو درپیش اندرونی اور بیرونی چیلنجز پر اظہار خیال کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ پاکستان ملک کے اندر اور باہر امن و سلامتی کے لئے پر عزم ہے، تمام سٹیک ہولڈرز مربوط کوششیں کر کے خطے میں دیرپا امن قائم کر سکتے ہیں، آرمی چیف نے کہا کہ پاکستان نے سیکیورٹی چیلنجز سے نمٹ کر قیام امن کے لئے اپنی حد تک کافی اقدامات کئے، ہمیں اس پاکستان کے لئے کوششیں کرنی ہیں جہاں پر قانون کی حکمرانی مقدم ہو، آرمی چیف کا کہنا تھا کہ ہمیں حقوق کے ساتھ فرائض بھی بجا لانا ہوں گے، مربوط قومی کوششوں سے ہی ملک کو درپیش چیلنجز سے موثر انداز سے نمبرد آزما ہو سکتے ہیں، پاکستان بلاتفریق سب پاکستانیوں کا ہے،
آرمی چیف نے کہا کہ ہائبرڈ جنگ کے ذریعے قومی سوچ کو نشانہ بنایا جا رہا ہے، اس کا موثر جواب قومی اداروں کی جانب سے قومی مسائل کو فوقیت دے کر ہی دیا جا سکتا ہے _
Rawalpindi, 14 Jun 2018: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited National Defence University today. While addressing the participants of National Security and War Course, COAS congratulated them on successful completion of the course. COAS’ address focused on internal and external challenges facing Pakistan.
COAS said that Pakistan is fully committed to peace and stability both within and without. Talking about regional peace and development, COAS said that all stake holders need to get out of conflict paradigm as only cooperative framework can unlock the true potentials of the region. For this Pakistan has done its part in tackling the security challenges which seemed insurmountable a few years ago.
Talking about internal challenges COAS said that we have to strive for a Pakistan where rule of law is supreme and where we have the same attitude towards duties as we have towards rights. COAS reiterated that a coordinated and committed national approach is effective response to all challenges. Pakistan belongs to all Pakistanis regardless of beliefs or opinions, COAS remarked.
Talking about Hybrid War COAS said that it’s the National will which is targeted in such war. For effective counter and response to hybrid war there is a need that national issues having impact on our national security like economy, education, water security and national integration etc must take precedence through relevant national institutions, COAS concluded.
